ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE & CHART


Neon Services functions in a simple yet well-organized way, so that all departments are flexible, adaptive and efficient, and in constant communication with each other for any need that might arise.

General Management

The role of GM is mainly overall decision-making and control in the area of corporate strategy and corporate procedures. It also makes the final decisions concerning any problems and needs within the company.

Customer Service

Its responsibility lies with directly processing any client demands, informing clients on our services as well as solving any complaints or problems.

Systems Management

It’s divided in three departments:

  • Quality
  • Occupational Health & Safety
  • Environment

Commercial Management

It materializes the corporate development strategy and it’s responsible for promoting the services that the company provides as well as informing and attracting new clients. Commercial Management is also responsible, in collaboration with the Technical Management, for the commercial contracts and the materials and equipment supply.

Financial Management

Its main focus is the corporate economic resources management as required for the company’s excellent operation.

Staff Management

It mostly deals with staff issues (payroll, motivation schemes, etc) and staff training.

Technical Management

It’s responsible for designing and materializing all company operations. The department is staffed with experienced scientific personnel, our project managers, their assistants and the technical crews.
